Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026. This notice explains the information CGA uses for club fitting and online quote approval.

Information collected

For a club order we collect contact details, fitting specifications, selected equipment and prices, order instructions, an electronic signature/consent record, and payment or delivery status. We collect only information needed to fulfill and document the order.

How CGA uses information

We use it to prepare and revise quotes, confirm specifications, contact you about your order, provide warranty assistance, maintain records and prevent duplicate or unauthorized transactions.

Who receives order information

We may share the necessary fitting and shipping details with Titleist and fulfillment providers, and information necessary to complete a payment with your chosen payment provider. Your card number is entered with the payment provider, not in CGA’s quote form.

Security and retention

CGA uses account access controls for private staff records and retains order approvals and transaction records for legitimate operational, legal, warranty and accounting purposes. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
